Not much new to see but they're quite cinematic, and at one point she plays her crafted ocarina!

i'm guessing that's fishing bait! i hope there's more bait than just digging up clams on the beach

Huh, that actually makes sense. The squirming is still vaguely unsettling, but as long as there’s no barnacles I’m good xD
 
Why is it that Japan gets these kinds of commercials where America gets the live action ones.
 
nintendo isn't wasting any air time with all these little tv spots or marketing stunts. they really want this game to succeed and judging by sales rankings on the eShop and other websites they're doing a great job.

I assume something in their market research tells them that Japanese people prefer seeing gameplay and America prefers seeing real people having fun. Why else would they make such drastically different commercials otherwise? But I don't get it either. I don't care if randos are having fun. I want to see the game!
