The Make a Collectable thread got me really thinking about not only collectables but new events as well.

So this was actually my very first idea for a collectable, BUT I couldn't use it as my Make a Collectable entry because it's animated, and animated collectables are saved for contest winners. The idea-

Animated Firework collectables, like the fireworks that light up the sky during summer time. Variants of the heart, yellow burst (New Years) Blue burst (New Years), regular blue, green and red (Wild World). I'll get to make some mock up concept art of each frame. The backround would be the colour of the night sky, it's idle animation the sky (like how the pinwheels don't spin all the time).
Then it's animation showing a firework shooting up, bursting, fading then idel again. I super love this idea, and I absolutely love how that when you get them, they will be ON THE TOP ROW. Like you could have a row of villagers and flowers on the bottom, and fireworks and balloons on top.

Mors ideas soon to come, along with a quickly done collectable art for them.

Totally I don't mind. I actually don't have the stuff to make gifs, I would have to draw general frames of the animation.

btw I use this website to make gifs with frames. I don't own photoshop so I use whatever is out there.

It was stated by a staff member during the Easter Egg Hunt. Back when the staff made eggs the dancing 7 egg, people went crazy over it, someone started a petition to make it a real thing. One of the said has said that while they love everyone's enthusiasm for it, animated collectables are reserved for contest winners, example, star glow wand and Tetris Grid.

Okay so I was gonna post drawings for my ideas BUT that did not happen so here was my ideas for new collectables.

Hibiscus- image of a red or yellow hibiscus on a gradient green or sky backround. I see this as an event collectable that can be bought with tbt or cheap event currency in the shop during some kind of summer fair.

Animated firework collectables- for winning a contest during a summer fair. Each contest would have a variant firework. Alternatively, fireworks for a New Years contest.

Tricky Pitfall seed- *actually not sure if this is a real thing?* I see this as an event collectable during Halloween or April Fools Day.

^^I would absolutely love to see a hibiscus collectible at some point! That's one of my favorite types of flower!

Also your wish came true with the animated firework collectible in the shop right now, too bad it's only available for parts of the year.

Ikr, lol, I really love the idea of fireworks. I'm sure the staff had the idea much in advance before I posted about it. I'm def gonna buy as many as I can. I wish I had ways it earning more the cause I would LOVE a full 6 top row of fireworks, even if active for part of the year.
