Hello! I'm looking for Judy the pastel cub for tbt or ig bells! Please leave your offers below! I'll purchase her from whoever offers the best deal. 
I'd prefer to pay in tbt since I never use them, but either or is fine!
I don't have town hall built yet and I don't have any plots. I'm not sure if I can still invite her over without a plot set up for her, but I'll give it a try first. If not, I'll have to time travel forward even though I'd prefer not to.
