Looking For Julian and Bob

Hi, extremely new to the world of villager trading and the forum (as you can see). I used to have them both years ago and want to have their friendship back. I've been campsite resetting for days for Julian (as in literally 22 days) but I'm finally losing steam because of... recent real world events + work.

Willing to pay bells, don't know the proper going-amounts, and I'm also not sure how to move large amounts of bells at once other than slowly dropping bags of 99k on the ground. Apologies for newbiness!

Is Julian moving to the same town he was in previously? If he is, you need to make sure you have had 16 villagers move in then out.

He has never lived in this current file, so the 16 villager cycle is not a problem for me!
