Just beat Trauma Center: SO

Yeah, took my 3 hours for two days. I liked it a lot, worked great with the Wii, although it was very similar to DS version.

Spoilers:

<small>Bascially, Stiles joins Caduceus, meets up with the other chick who has the Healing Touch. When you think GUILT is all over and done with, it comes back, and some of these other doctors turn against you, and you end up having to operate on the old dude (his name escapes me) at the end to save his life. He got Savato, the worst GUILT. Once you save him, it goes onto the Epilogue telling how you're so famous and blah blah.</small>

My favorite part in the game was not the GUILT, but the 'Death Doctor' and 'Just let me die' and 'Let me live' episodes.

dude, it was a port of the DS version with 5 more missions.
