Welcome welcome :] If you need any tools (sorry all I have is regular at the moment) or any fruits, let me know. I'd more than happy to open up my gates for you to swing over and grab some baskets by my station.

For perfect town rating, I suggest having your town ordinance to "Beautiful Town" so your flowers don't die and weeds don't grow as often. Also if you haven't already, get 10 public work projects done (the ones that give a more natural-esque feel will bring up the rating, but I've heard building benches work too lol I actually had 5 or 6 benches built because I didn't have too many pwps that would positively raise town rating). Good luck if you're going for perfect town or planning to reset!
