Kicks The Colour-blind skunk?

Seriously Kicks the shoe shine guy is useless, Youre wearing all blue stuff probably even blue hairand you say match by colour and he gives you red shoes lol. Wear the exact same thing the next day and he gives you orange shoes!
I thought style was about stuff like having full outfits such as samurai outfit, but i have full samurai and he gave default boy shoes.
Is it random? :S
Or is there somethig i dont understand...

Ok I went there, and took everything off except for a plain black shirt I made at the Ables, I colored every side completely black. Also, my hair was brown, I picked Mysterious at the hair place. Then I talked to him and picked Color and he did his little rubbing thing and made my shoes black.
