So, my sister wants to reset her town because she doesn't like any of her villagers/the layout of her town. She wants a fresh new start.

She was curious to know how popular Kiki is, and if anyone would be interested in her.
She isn't resetting yet because her town has a villager that someone wants and we're waiting to TT him out when the person has room to pick him up. She's willing to do the same thing with Kiki if anyone is interested and offers enough bells.

This. I was the same with my first ever town, the layout was completely boring, so were the villagers xD I wish your sister good luck on her next town, and tell her she has to have patience with it ! xD That's a key thing getting good layouts. Haha <3
