G u m m i here! ( FuzzyBengal247 )
So, currently I have been using Macintosh Paintbrush which comes with the computer, but it's not really doing it for me. There are no layers, and skething a rough outline is very hard. Shading is also a problem...
Anyways, as the artists that you are, I have this question: how do you animate on GIMP? Could you make a full animation on it? Can you make Gifs on it? And can you make pixels/ art that moves or blinks? If not, what art programs do you recommend? I'm looking for one preferably under $100-$200 . Also, I've heard rumors that GIMP makes your computer slow? I play minecraft on my computer too, so I don't want it to be laggy...
Anything you know about these programs is a huge help, so thank you! (Paintbrush is kind of like MS Paint.)
