Is there anyone here who uses laptop stickers? Where did you buy them? Do they have meaning to you, or do you just randomly pick the ones you like?

Had the inclination to ask.

I don't personally use laptop stickers, but I know a lot of people do. I personally don't like the clutter and texture of having them on my computer, but I can see why people like them!

I have a number of them. Several from NaNoWriMo and the rest are hobby/fandom related - reading, knitting, cats, Professor Layton, Wicked, witches, and Hufflepuff.

Then there's my bag. We need another thread for pins, right? :)

I did have laptop stickers on my previous device (that my mum now uses, hehe). I got these stickers from various clubs and conferences that I attended or helped with organizing in university. For my current device, I decided to keep it clean and pristine.

I've never had a whole bunch of stickers to put on my laptop like some people do, since I don't actually use my laptop very much (95% of the time I use my desktop), but I do have a few stickers on there:

Here you can see...
- the stickers in the bottom right corner are two that a college friend made for me with her sticker maker.
- the ones in the middle are some SMG2 stickers that some friends bought for me while they were in Florida way back in 2013.
- the one in the top left corner is a sticker that every Ohioan gets when they vote. Indeed, I Ohio Voting!

i bought one that @Jacob designed on my laptop! i love it sm! i forget where i bought it from tho

I have a gengar vinyl sticker on the light up apple on MacBook so the eyes light up whenever I use my MacBook! And I have some stars around the gengar for decoration

Oh also I think I bought all of them from sellers on Etsy but not sure which ones

I don’t use a laptop, but I do own so many stickers that are just waiting to be used. I am aiming to stick them on something but I’m not sure yet. Most of them are handmade by me and my handy sticker maker, (yes I spent money on it and I don’t even use stickers) but a bunch I bought from fairs and were gifts for me. It’s fun making them so thats cool :)

Okay my gaming laptop l got from my sister and when it was hers, she decorated it with marvel stickers and then one Smile More sticker. I may not care about that youtuber, but I will still keep it and the other stickers. But one problem, my sister won't let me put my own stickers on laptop. So l'm stuck with just those stickers that are already on the laptop.

Forgot to add that my stickers came from Rebubble.

@Mariah that seller has some really nice ones.

I tend to hoard my stickers unless I bought them for a specific project. I'm absolutely in love with Violette stickers and need to start using them.

I don’t put stickers on my laptop (I use it exclusively for work-related things now).

If anyone has ideas of what to put stickers on that isn’t a laptop or a gaming console, let me know. I have so many.

I was just starting to decorate my old laptop with stickers when it died on me. I only had 2 stickers on it from a local record shop and from a local music venue (which has since closed forever so that's a bummer).

If you have a hard shell suitcase that is getting all scratched, stickers is a great way to spruce it up! Plus it has the bonus of making your suitcase more identifiable.

The stickers I put on my laptop are more like skins - I have a wolf howling at the moon right now. But I do like to put stickers on my water bottle and got a new one last year that I've been decorating with stickers from national parks / hiking places that I've taken it to (just one sticker so far because of school + covid not letting me travel as much as I wish to)

That’s a great idea! I can’t wait until the coronavirus is gone so I can have a reason to buy a suitcase!

I have lots of stickers but I've been hoarding most of them instead of putting them on stuff until I can figure out what I wanna do with them. I've gotten a few from tabling on my campus over the years and the rest from etsy! I've found some really cute ones on there.
