I'd say… Mario Party 3. Just listen at every board music starting with Deep Blooper Sea, following by Creepy Cavern and other music like the mini games ones, menus etc…

I don’t usually pay attention to soundtracks. I’m someone who listens to their own music rather than having volume turned up when gaming most of the time. However, I’ll say Mario Party 4 was pretty nostalgic for me. It was my first Mario Party game and it’s hard not to have memories come back after hearing any music from that game.
