2016 has been one of the most depressing year's for losing our idols as well as tragic events such as the Orlando shooting and of course the 92 people who lost their lives after a Russian plane crashed into the Black Sea recently.

This was only to name a few, much more has occurred to even count.

As this year is close to an end let's pay tribute to the deathes to these people and how they affected you.

It deeply saddened me to hear about Alan Rickman and Doris Roberts passing away, these two made me appreciate the entertainment industry in ways no others could and I'm very grateful to both of them for that, I continue to think about these two on a daily basis and I still haven't gotten over it as petty as that sounds, they were truly talented, iconic, lovely people who were admirable in every way, my thoughts go out to their friends and family.

Just recently Carrie Fisher had suffered a major heart attack and passed away 4 days later, this was even more depressing to hear about as many considered this year to be her comeback to the film industry, I may not have know Carrie as Princess Leia but I did know her as a talented, intelligent, generous, funny woman who was not afraid to open up about many of her problems throughout the years and was truly inspirational as she helped me and many others overcome their problems, truly a gifted woman, rest in peace Carrie, my thoughts go out to your family and you. <3 :'(

The Orlando shooting was another tragic occurrence, as the motive and thought behind the murder of those innocent people who did nothing but be themselves, truly despicable. Please rest in peace, you can't be hurt for who you are anymore and my thoughts go out to those who were affected by the shooting.

We've lost so many innocent and talented people, truly saddening.

Please do not leave any nasty or sarcastic comments, its unnecessary keep it to yourself like any decent person would.

Prince, David Bowie, and the one that affects me the most, Gene Wilder are also some very honorable mentions.

Patty Duke, Alan Thick, Florence Henderson...I use to watch reruns of their shows on nickelodean and TBS..Prince, David Bowie, George Micheal...grew up on their music..muhammad ali..float like a butterfly, sting like a bee, Gene Wilder the OG Willy Wonka, Carrie Fisher..I use to rock my hair in those princess leia buns in first grade, Pat Summitt..the best woman's basketball coach ever..Go Lady Vols!!..Alan Rickman, Christina Grimmie was really sad because it was such a senseless act of violence..all the lives lost this year are sad and heartbreaking...but the ones I named are just some of the people that I grew up watching on TV and movies and it just seems like part of my childhood is gone now...when you're a kid you just can't imagine the dad from growing pains, princess leia or as I use to call him..the pretty man who likes purple rain actually dying..

David Bowie's still crushes me the most. It ain't right. None of it was, but that's life. ;_;

I was just watching Brady Bunch with my sister at my parent's house on Xmas morning and we were joking about how Carol was a b****. I had no clue she passed this year until last night when they talked about all of the icons that died this year on the news. I really loved Florence Henderson and watched her on Nick at Nite as a kid, so I'm very sad about that.

Alan Rickman destroyed my friend pretty badly
Since she is a huge Snape lover.

Those at Orlando, and the masses of civilians killed in Yemen that no one ever paid attention to. War crimes funded by the U.S. hahahaaa not sursprising.

Richard Adams is one less frequently remembered person who recently passed away. That's the author of Watership Down, and some other great novels, for those who don't know.

Recently my favorite author passed away. Richard Adams lived a long life, but he will be dearly missed.

Nice to see others that appreciated him. I love Watership Down, but my favorite novel from him is actually Plague Dogs.
