Buying LF circuit tank and custom pattern request

So I've got a music store in my 2f museum and am trying to customize the guitars. I'm looking for an artist who can reasonably recreate/imitate the Guitar of Waves from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (check this page) for one of the two remaining instruments. I'm offering 10tbt for the circuit tank, open to negotiation for the custom pattern
