As you should know from the title of today's blog, Kicks opened up today! But we'll get to that later. Let's start with what happened first!
I chatted with my villagers first thing, as usual (well, after checking mail). The first five didn't need anything, but Chops wanted me to come over right away. I wasn't busy, so I agreed and stayed for a while. His house is really nice. I'm pretty sure it's still completely original, except for the gift I gave him when I first became mayor, but it compliments his home pretty well. (´∀`)
After Chops, I moved on to Freya. She asked the exact same thing, but vice versa; she wanted to come over to my house because it was apparently the 'trendiest in town'. I wouldn't say that, but I didn't want to decline her offer. She looks pretty good next to my main room, with all that pink/white furniture!
When Freya had left, I wrote letters to her and Chops before starting my dailies. I discovered a new orange hybrid that could be placed next to my campsite. I've only just recently started collecting them, but soon enough my campsite should be bordered with orange flowers. c: And Freya's house is almost completely done too, so I'll have to get a picture of that!
I sold the leftover fossils and such, and then checked the Main Street shops. I met Kicks himself and purchased a pair of sandals.

I also visited Dr. Shrunk and got the sheepishness 'emoticon'.
Finally, I checked the beaches for Gulliver, and I found him stranded far from the dock this time. He gave me clues to a place with shamrocks and lots of grass. It was Ireland, which is pretty obvious, and he promised to send me a gift.
That's all that happened today! I originally planned on going beetle hunting, but I later decided that I would take a break from it today. Stay tuned for tomorrow's adventures!
