Today in Cypress, I was walking around town when I spotted Phineas between my house and the town hall. Speaking to him, he gave me the Bronze Happy Homer Badge, which was the perfect match for my recently-hit 50,000 HHA points! Good luck to all of you still trying! 
Later yesterday, I had stumbled across Gulliver again in a little while. Once he had woken up, he gave me clues to where he was headed. At first I wasn't sure, until he mentioned those matryoshka dolls, and then I knew it was Russia. I was right, and now I have one of my very own!
