It always makes me happy to see my villagers talk to each other, listening to them and maybe even getting involved in their conversation. It makes me happy because it makes the villagers and the whole community that you're village is feel much more authentic. I mean when you talk to a villager they always mention stuff like "Oh Maple and Poppy are perfect friends" or "Have you heard? Scoot and Kabuki had a terrible argument!" and seeing my villagers interacting and talking to each other (unfortunately a very rare event imo) makes these phrases feel authentic, too. And that just makes me happy ^^

The little splashes you make when you walk near the ocean.
When you give a villager a rare fish, bug, or perfect fruit when they didn't specifically request that. (Like when they ask for any fish, and you bring them a shark or something.) Their joy is so adorable.
Whenever I talk to Tangy or Zell, since I changed their greetings to "I love you" and "I missed you."
Finding a Jacob's ladder flower, if that's how you spell it.

When Phil talks about trains, when Daisy gives me a quiz, or when Flo obsesses over what she'll have for dinner when it's after 9:00. They're all so cute!

I put my bench over looking the ocean, where there is no foot traffic. maybe wrecking it and putting it in a place where my people hang out isn't such a bad idea. that will be my next project.



edit: O! my fav thing with my villagers is to put Klaws in a pitfall.
that is my fav. then try to hit him with a net wile he is in there.

Oh, I love when you hit someone with a hammer they jump, make the "Shocked" emote, then look around with a hurt expression on their face xD I did it to Curt like 6 times even though I like him and he was so po'd at me.

I also think it's adorable when you walk into a villager's house and they're sleeping;

I ALSO really like when the villagers have a birthday and when you walk in there's only one person celebrating their birthday but they're still walking around and singing/dancing.

Catching villagers sleeping on benches/at home, when they ping you (even if it's to move or something, they just look so excited and happy to share news/items with you) and doing the shrunk funk shuffle or the "dashing" pose with others!

Bruce melts my heart everytime he smiles, and so does Zell.
I also love when they ping and do their happy little dance. Too many times I've been so caught up awh-ing over them that they've walked off without me talking to them. :S
