It didn't say that hacked Pokemon were being targeted. Just people who used three specific AR codes. Those three can't be used to hack a specific Pokemon.

Anyway, I'm for and against this.
For because: People who hack just to create uber-lv. 100 Pokemon should be stopped.
Against because: Some people just hack for fun, or to get Pokemon they can't normally, or to test the limits of the game.

I think, as long as a person says before a trade that the 'Mon was hacked, it should be alright. As long as the other person knows, it should be allowed.

What I found to be annoying was the number of people that were saying "That's not enough! The cheaters' entire DS should be disabled, so that they'll never get on Wi-Fi with that DS again!!!"

Not all cheaters are bad. Not all hackers are bad.
