Looking for an artist to draw my mayor!!

So I'm looking for someone to draw my New Leaf mayor to use for a up-coming Animal Crossing blog. I'd be willing to pay in bells or items (catalog fore-coming!). Looking for something in more of a cute style. For reference here is a link to the outfit she's wearing.

Okay, I added a picture to the first post! You can't really see it, but she's wearing grey leggings (was trying to make it look like she's got grey tights and cute pink/white boots). I've also linked the post that I got her outfit pattern from for reference!

I'd prefer something I could use for a signature or to place on a blog, but if you would be more comfortable with an avatar, that would work as well! What do you charge and can I see some samples first?

I'm done with mine, haha. It's a full body but I'll provide a headshop too. I can't get on the computer just yet, I'll have to wait a few (most likely 2-3) hours to get on the computer connected to the printer/copyer *-*
