Hi people! I have an oc that has no art, I am really wanting freebs cause I'm broke lmao My budget is 415 TBT out of 450, which will not get me no where. Anyways all I have is a headshot, so I'm thinking the dress can end up being lines repeating and an edge that is navy blue like the start on the top of the dress that can be seen, and some blue pumps with a tiny bow on the top of each one.
