Looking for feedback

I made this a few days back of my PC wearing the bunny day outfit.
I don't often make art thingies but I do want to get better, so negative feedback is not only tolerated, but encouraged.
Also I specifically only do pixel art, I've tried other styles and I'm even worse at those haha

I think it's really cute<3 I'm not a professional or anything similar but I really like it! keep going and you'll get better!

Ohh I think it's cute! I get too frustrated at pixel art to do it (I'm looking at you custom designs)
I think you drew the hat really well, but one thing I would improve would be making the dress looking more poofy with a wider skirt.
Also the face looks kinda flat? maybe fuller cheeks would help with that.
Finally, the shading on the hair is really cool, but nothing else has that shading, so I'd add shading to the rest of it.

I think you did a really good job! I especially like the detail you added in the hat c:

the only way to get better is to keep at it - stay constant, try new things and don’t be scared to make mistakes. It’s all part of the learning process!

If there is any advice I can give for this one piece, it’s maybe make it a little cleaner. Most pixel art is neat (which means only 1 pixel adjacent to another), it’s quite hard to explain but when pixels overlap it quickly becomes “messy” looking, by cleaning it up and keeping everything clean you instantly get a polished, more complete look! ☺
