I need help designing this dress for my Mayor!
I've asked several people but no one can do it and "hit the mark" so to say.
I really want something that only my mayor is wearing, I love being original

I want to get a sleeveless dress design based off of a blue jay. I know it's a hard design, but I would be willing to pay big for it!
