Looking for help on HHD Wiki

Since its release in the US, I've been working with a few others on an HHD Wiki. It's getting close to completion, and I'm currently working on lists organized by furniture and villagers who unlock them, but I have a big problem.

I have only ever played AC in Japanese, so I don't really know any item names, nor do have an English 3DS to check. I am slowly translating from Japanese guides, but I need some people who can go through and make sure the English names of items are correct, especially those who have unlocked all (or nearly all) items.

Also, if anyone could let me know what the item categories are in English, that would be super helpful as well! (like seasonal furniture, hanging furniture, etc.)

Any help is appreciated! (and sorry if this isn't allowed)

There's names for the categories? I just think of the categories based on the little icon + what tends to be in there. I haven't seen names. Maybe I don't pay enough attention.

I started editing some things. I put the correct names of all of the wallpaper on the wallpaper page. There was only one thing that I wasn't sure about. The wallpaper I have between the "steel-frame wall" and the "cityscape wall" is the "train-window wall". There's a "gunshot wall" instead on the table. I have no idea what that is.

OK I also worked on the flooring page and added a rug page. I think this is all I'll do for tonight. I'll try to edit some each day if I can.

Thank you so much for all of your help!! The Japanese for that wallpaper had no kanji so it was either gunshot wall or train window wall, so I just went with the first definition because I'm lazy haha. Train window wall is most likely correct then. I've updated it right now!

OK, thanks! I have most things at this point (I've done like 270-ish villagers) but there's still a small amount of things I'm missing. I wasn't sure if that was something I was missing somehow, even though the train-window wall made sense to be in that spot.

I can help with item name translations and I can also help with images too. I can't help as much with who unlocks what. Like I said, I've unlocked most things by this point and I don't remember who unlocked what.

No problem! I know who unlocks what from Japanese guides and just need to translate all their names to English, so don't worry about that.

I am starting to add images. This is a very time consuming thing to make the images, but I think it makes the wiki look better. I think I'll stop working on the translations and new pages for now and focus on images.

There's some on the bed page if you want to see what it looks like.

Edit: Images added to the bed, chairs, and tables pages. I have made images for all items for 6 different furniture sets, to include items we don't have pages for yet. I will upload and add the images for things like bookshelves, dressers, etc later when we have pages for them.

I will make more images for more sets another day when I have more time.

You. Are. AMAZING!!!! Thank you so much for all of your help! Are you cutting the images from the spriter's resource image? If so, I can definitely help you out.

I'm about halfway finished with translating all of the villager names (item names are a whole different story), so I will probably have a few more pages up today. I'm actually just using this page as a guide for item order, so even if the item name's not in English, it would still be possible to put the images in the table in order.
