I have a list of current villagers in my signature, along with my friend code.
I am willing to pay up to 1 mil, give you a few balloons, allow you to take my extra hybrids, give you a tweeter, nearly anything!

I have Snake in my new town and don't really want him. I only have 7 villagers so far, so it will be awhile before anyone wants to move, and, with my luck, everyone else will ask to leave before Snake does. But, I wrote down your name and I'll PM you if/when Snake decides to move.

If you have a chance to get him from someone else go ahead and do so, tho.

I've actually been experimenting with something that could make villagers move faster. I've tried it out on two villagers and they've both moved out. I just kept talking to them until they refused to talk to you and went into their "thinking" pose. I did that every day until they moved. Klaus took three days while Patty only took one. I dunno if it'll work for you, but hey, it'd be nice to try it out!
