Lost Kitten and Mama Cat troubles!

Yeah, so you guys know what I'm talking about.
The mother cat who whines about her lost kitten.
How do I reunite them? I thought it was simple like that last one, just go to the town she mentions. I did that. Nothing happened. Then I had the guy from the other town come to my town, nothing again.
Is there something special I have to do or something?

He has to bring the little cat to your town?

The person with Katie has to talk to her and get her to follow them to the Gate... all the way inside, then they can go to the town

i've had katie in my town since saturday, and i haven't been able to successfully coordinate with the person who has the mama cat.

i realize this is giving people some time to try to meet up, but it's still not working out. i'm a busy person, and can't keep rescheduling. it's no one's fault, but does anyone know how long this will last?

i'm empathizing with my animals too much and i don't like seeing her cry day after day, that's all. not to mention none of the other special animals will visit.

I took the baby to mama, and she sent me an apple TV, is that supposed to happen? How do I get their pics?
