This is quite a long shot, as I got this dress from some QR codes on the internet close to 2 years ago...
I got this one because it's really pretty and it still is one of my favourites. My friend likes it too, problem is I didn't save the QR codes so she can't get it
I think I found them on Bidoof Crossing, but having checked it after she asked, I can't find the pictures. I want to restart my game soon which will mean the dress will be lost forever.

A picture of its appearance and its name. I don't know who made it or exactly when I got it, and that name is quite difficult to type into Google search If anybody has seen QR codes for this dress recently, that would be great. This is my last chance to find it, I've tried everything else I can think of.
Of course, if I'm missing a really obvious way of getting the codes you can mention that as well, I have a habit of overlooking things like that...
