Use the scale to reach the little tunnel at the bottom of the water inside the domain. That'll lead you to lake Hylia there you'll find a bottle with a note inside show the note to the king and you'll get an empty bottle. Put a fish in the empty bottle and feed it to Lord Jabu-Jabu. Welcome to Lord Jabu-Jabu's belly.

In the main lake with the waterfall you can dive with the scale.

There's an underwater cave, dive into it and go to Lake Hylia.

Then dive under, and search around the rupees for a bottle with a note in it.

Show it to the king, and he'll move.

Get a fish in the bottle, go in to JabuJabu, stand in front of him, drops the fish and he sucks you in.

Then do the temple.
