Okay, I was look around in Power On at the NSider Forums, and I found this topic about lucid dreaming. Though it's a long post, it's worth the read. To me, it's pretty interesting.

Weird. I've experienced the "False awakenings" before. I woke up, and could've sworn I was awake, but then looked out my bedroom window and saw a pack of wolves on my front porch. And one looked up at me and smiled! Then I woke up again.

WHOA.

Thats happened to me to.

But with a pychopathic killer at my door.

I've also had dreams where I knew I was dreaming, but I've never been able to control them...

This happens to me once in a great while.

Though I'm interested, it seems like there are a lot of side-effects...

Yeah. I'm debating wether or not I'll try it sometime soon.

I tried this the other day.It gave me a headache for the rest of that day.

Yes, I've had these.

Also, it's always strange to realize that you are in a sequal of an eariler dream. One that is continuing the plot of the eariler dream. Strange to realize it in the middle of the dream.

I've heard in order to get these you should do things like meditation before bed, and constantly ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" throughout the day, so that when you're in your dream you'll ask, "Am I dreaming?", realize you are, then its lucid. Not quite sure if I'm willing to do that...

A bit freaky in my opinion.

Although I think I've had them before, but it's like a movie, then I releize something's unreal, like I'm in school, but we're on summer break.

Yeah, its kinda weird...
I was going to do it, but I got bored of constantly through the day doing reality check things, so that I will be used to doing them and I do them at night... it never really worked

:p

but of course to do this you have to be able to remember your dreams... which I can do

:D
