Much better then your second. The render is big and the text is in the right places. I can't really see the gradient though.

Also, don't put all your sigs in your signature, you might get it removed.

It looks pretty good, but I see 1 major problem with the guy

he needs highlights (like light reflections) becuase he's as dark as the background, it kinda looks bland,
try adding some light reflections on his suit, he'll pop out instantly
