making my island better unsure where to start and feeling over whelmed

I want to fix my garden up and trees i have a lot of fruits and veggies plants all over , I wanted to add a movie theatre and an amusement park and arcade,which needs to moved . pool and maybe a laundromat. I have a gym but I want to move it and maybe want to add a market .
