Im really happy that the victims/families of victims are getting financial support not only from Ariana who offered to pay for the funerals for the families who lost a loved one in the bombing, but also financial support from the Muslim community. I personally doubt stories like these will get much coverage in the news stations in the US because of major fear and hatred with anti-muslim attitudes that associate the definition of terrorism to a religion (i dont see the same type of mass prosecution happening for christians when the kkk's stance is to terrorize/kill anyone who isnt white.) which is dissapointing because its important for news like these to be acknowledged, but im glad nevertheless that its being acknowledged SOMEWHERE.
But to end things on a lighter, more positive note, here is also some more stories of people supporting/helping the victims.
