Gee, It's been a long time since I visit this place or even touched this account at all. But it's time to get real anyway rather than sillily RPing. Hello all, You can call me Marcus. (I go by Mario123311 pretty much everywhere else.) I'm sort of a multi-fandom gamer... I got into AC again thanks to a friend of mine and have been actually drawing quite a bit recently. I've liked the franchise for a long time but still. I think it's obvious I also really was a fan of the film simply because it got me to see it more than your usual "customizable self-insert game", honestly. Been around since at least the late-gamecube days with the series.

However what I think you are here for is some of my recent drawings. I'm looking forward to hearing feedback on it and all.




Please note, I'm only going to be uploading my AC and some Smash-related art in this thread. Critiques are more than welcome though. Though some of these images are a day older than some others.

Hey there again, I have some updates. 2 Smash-related and one that's more of a redraw of a rare pose of Ai from one of the film's promo material. (I honestly can't tell what it is, Either a box of treats or a card of some sort? Either way, It's not available in higher resolution. I included the reference photo though in any case.) I'm going to be using Imgur from this point forward.

Again, Critiques and questions are welcome. I tend to use reference photos a lot of the time just to make sure I get anatomy and posture as close as possible and the base program I use for drawing is FireAlpaca.

Really proud with how this turned out. Heck, I'd be willing to say this is probably my favorite drawing I've done of them so far.

Took a while to muster up some more motivation/"drawing juice". But I'm really proud with how these turned out.

The last image is intended to be a cover for a fanfic I hope to get started on soon, Basically about my HC of Ai and Yu being Smash's default villagers. In particular though, It mostly revolves around Ai - Whom ends up joining the Smash Tourneys after Yu ends up disappearing in hopes to learn how to stand up for herself more.

This was probably my biggest project yet. It's part of the storyline for my headcanon, being her "character defining" moment. Part of me wonders if I should look into making a thread somewhere here regarding info about it in the Smashville subforum if it's allowed. I've always wanted to share my interpretations for a long time.

EDIT: Why does whenever I post now it acts like I had 2 seperate copies, merging them both into one pose with the same text and everything duplicated...?

Thank you! I tend to rely a lot on model sheets because I really wanna make sure I get the proportions and everything just right. It's very time-consuming but it's worth it in the end. Also, Considering it's been a while since I last updated, Here are two silly pictures I made mainly for responding to "cursed" things on Twitter.

The one with Yu is actually inspired by a little doodle a friend of mine made of the villager based on a meme with the viewer about to be punched. lmao

Thank you for your feedback. It really does mean a lot whenever I see someone liking my posts or more especially commenting on here. If you noticed things slowing down though as of late: That's because I've actually been working on my final projects for college. But to tide you over in the meantime, Here's something I drew not too long ago.
