Marshal is in boxes in my town, as you can see in the attached screenshot.
What I'm looking for: ~50 NMT. Not looking for bells or TBT, sorry!
About Marshal: He is not 100% original. I gave him a tuxedo top and an alarm clock and that's it. He may also have picked up a catchphrase.
About the trade: Wanting to sell to someone that has an open plot or that can time travel to have a plot open soon. You can drop the NMT at my gate and then I will take you to him. I have a long history of positive ratings, so please see check out my history if you're concerned!
