16 crowns you can sell them all to Re-Tail for 4.8 mil.
If you have the bell boom ordinance on, you get 5.76 mil.
If your retail is paying premium for hats, you get 9.6 mil.
AND if you have the bell boom ordinance and premium hats, you get 11.52 mil.

I have trouble finding people with hat premium towns, (let alone with bell boom instead of beautiful)

so I would value 16 crowns at 5 mil, and his/her entire bid at 25mil.
Which means you're still winning, since your bid was earlier.

I would consider Ankha.

However, villager trades make me nervous. You would have to either let me get Ankha first, or give me full collateral for Marshal (25 mil or so bells) in order to get Marshal first, then I would return it to you when I come to get Ankha.

Also my stance on duping:
I don't like it. Would never do it personally.

However, I can't prove that someone's items, bells, or crowns were the result of duping. They could've received them from another duper, or even earned them.

bottom line: don't ask me to dupe, and don't tell me your items are duped
