Selling Marshal is moving out

Marshal was my 9th villager & I found him randomly on an island. He naturally requested to move out this morning.

I'm trying to fill my island up with Cats (I have Merry, Tom, Kitty in my town, and Amiibo cards for Bob and Mitzi). I'm sure it's a stretch, but I'd really like to trade him for Raymond, or at least 100 NMT. (can be a wee bit flexible if need be, I'm simply basing the number off the tier list on here)
