Title really says it all, i need him BEFORE someone else moves into his spot (he had a separate spot in my town, but someone else moved in. *my stupidity!*

I'm available essentially whenever as long as i'm home.
my timezone is gmt-6

would prefer not to pay above 5 tbt for him, since i'm also looking for other villagers and im saving for a name change at the same time...
BUT if you just need the tbt THAT BAD, then I MIGHT shake loose... MIGHT
