Resident Night Mare
Nothing new to report on Antonibelle (thanks for suggesting that, behth). When I was on my rounds to water flowers, I found a mitten on the ground. After checking with various villagers as they woke up, it turned out to be Anabelle's. She was so happy to get it back, she gave me her picture! And here I was certain that Lolly would be my first pic acquisition, but I'm not going to complain.
Both Anabelle and Antonio wrote me back, but neither mentioned the supposed romance that has the other villagers whispering. Then again, they live next to one another and not near any of the other houses (well, Flint and Jett, but they don't count), so who's to say they don't pop over to see each other, or stroll over to the secret beach?
Before I left Anabelle's, she told me that Pekoe and Stitches had been spending a lot of time together, but that it really does appear to be just a friendship. I'm not surprised, since Pekoe is sweet and my little bear does seem to need a big sis.
Since I wasn't getting anything more from Anabelle, and Antonio is trying to play the dumb jock, I decided to head to my most reliable source on that front - Shari. Unfortunately, when I went in, I found my Monkey-girl sick. I popped back home to grab some of the medicine I've been stashing and gave it to her. I'll check in on her again today with another dose. Eugene, who lives next door, mentioned it later in the day, saying that he'd also be keeping an eye on her, in case she needed something.
Lolly dropped by for a visit and Purrl asked me to come see her. I gave up my new refurbished Ranch table to Keaton, because he said he wanted to get rid of his Diplo neck. Thank goodness! He sniped that from me a couple of days ago, and I've been plotting how to get it out of there since. Since the table is done in white, it actually looks nice in his beachy room. I'll just order another one from the Nookling Bandits.
Paid off Jett's first loan, so now all three of the houses are at the 6x6 size. Good. I can start dropping some of the furniture items I've snagged to them, instead of taking up room in my closet.
There was one funny moment when Antonio asked me to deliver a package to Purrl that had been accidentally left at his house.

Okay yes, there is the whole idea of Purrl riding a snowmobile through town and parking in Stitches' mailbox, but I'm looking at Anabelle, who doesn't look all that pleased to hear that Purrl has a gift from Antonio. Actually, it turned out to be an Earthy Knit that Purrl had bought for me.
