This idea had been floating around in my head for a while now. I'm not that great an artist so I don't art a lot but this just wouldn't leave me alone. I was too busy with rl for a few weeks but I finally got a chance to start on it yesterday and I finished it up today.
So I used to have a Holly Hobbie doll way back when I was a little girl... Um... actually I still have one.... it's not the same one from when I was little but it is the same type and from the same time period. For some reason my mind crossed my old doll with my Mayor Val and so I drew a "dolly" of Mayor Val. I used the purple of the purple in game roses for the background. I was originally going to have the background be transparent but her skin tone blends in with too many websites. lol!
