Buying Microwave + Nook Homes' Uneven Stone Roof

I am looking for two things:

First, the microwave. I'll pay you 25 000 Bells for it, I'll PICK IT UP at your train station, no cataloging, I want the Microwave IN MY HANDS.

Second, Nook Homes' Uneven Stone Roof. I'll pay you 15 000 if you just let me come over for 5 seconds and have him send the model roof back to my own town.

In case you do not live in America I could also let you catalogue the US only DLC Cat tree instead of paying you or if you live in America I can let you catalogue the JP only DLC Carp Flag instead of paying you.


I live in France, I am on GMT+1. For the Uneven stone roof I would like to come by today at around 22:00 my time. This means about 16:00 give or take a few hours depending on where you live in America. If you live elsewhere please do not forget to convert the timezone if necessary
