Miitomo Voice Engine Standalone

I was wondering if Nintendo would ever make a standalone version of the Tomodachi Life or Miitomo voice engine?

Since the software is kinda on my phone I wish I could use the Miitomo voice for my gps.

Since we are on the subject of Tomodachi Life I wish there was a program or app for the pc or phone where you can put your miis in what ever news story you want with who ever is hosting the show.
