Missing Bench?

I've noticed that the bench at resident services is gone in the morning, then appears, and then disappears at night time. I'm guessing it's just because Tom Nook puts it away? But is there any other reason for it?

Nope reason as far as I know, We need a petition to save the bench xD because eventually you never the bench anymore. I miss it xD
