Missing Wifi Feedback in Forum Display?

hi there, quick thing I need help with, when you look at my forum panel in threads like the TBT Marketplace/Re-Tail Forums (the thing to the left of this post) it says I have 16 Positive Feedback reports, but when you go to the actual section, its clear there's 18...I'm wondering why these two feedbacks are not showing up on the forum panel like they should? is this a glitch or do some of them need 'approval' by mods or some such?

Only the first rating you receive from a user counts towards your wi-fi rating. In your case, you've received 3 ratings from the same person, so while you've got 18 positive comments, only 16 of them make up your wi-fi rating.
