Day 132. Well, I just realized something. I have a lot to talk about on some of these blogs, but I'm a week behind... And I have to get all these blogs up by Thursday so I can post blogs from my vacation, which I'll talk about later. So wish me luck I guess! Anywho, today I graduated! Well, sorta. Our school hosts an eighth grade recognition program which is a mini-graduation for us eighth graders moving onto high school. It's kinda a big deal, and kinda not... I mean, it's semi-formal, but nothing like real graduation. I believe 20-30ish people showed up to watch... But that's fine I guess; less people watching us when we gave our speeches. Yes, that's right. The entire program was based on speeches. The first half involved people talking about sports, and the second half about academics and other stuff. My speech revolved around DC, so I had fun giving that one. It was probably the longest speech, but that was good I guess. I also got to play piano halfway through the service, and that was fun. Then, afterwards, we had cookies! So yeah, pretty good time. Afterwards, I worked my butt off on a project due the next day that I, you guessed it, PROCRASTINATED ON :D I worked straight from... 8:00-11:00 or so on it. It was much harder than I thought it would be V_V Oh well, it got done! And that's it... So seeya tomorrow :D
Question of the day: Do you guys have "moving onto high school" recognition programs?
