Museum Day Stamp Locations

So I collected all my stamps for Museum Day. I was wondering whether everyone had the same stamp locations or whether it was random?

My stamp locations are not the same as the locations in the event trailer video Nintendo released.

Mine were: The Lab, Dragonfly Bridge, Quiet Bench, The Deep, Icy Sea, Headwaters, Aquatic Reptiles, Mollusks/Arthropods and Vertebrates.

Additionally Blathers says, and I quote, "You've collected all the stamps available today?". So does that mean we will be able to collect more stamps tomorrow? Will there be more prizes?

Yeah they are different, I didn't have icy sea I had coral reef.

I've definitely thought about this, and I think the stamp locations will change daily so you can eventually visit all the different exhibits. I really like how each section has a different official name!

Yes, I think they are different to each island since some of my stamp locations are different from yours. I am waiting for tomorrow to see if the stamp rally still continue as I already got the rewards and if continues, will the locations be different?

I had to search a bit for the icy sea. I forgot to go up to that level lol

I believe you can collect more stamps - different locations throughout the three exhibits, but you'll only get more of the same plaques.

Also, please someone tell me that the glow spot near the icy sea will be for something? It always strikes me as a bit of a weird feature.

Abdallah does post some good stuff. All your answers are here. The locations are random every day and there is no extra reqard for collecting them all, just more of those same plaques.

Here is is 2 hour run of doing every day.

It's really cool that this happens every day, but . . . what's the point of doing more than one if there's no cumulative reward or even a slight daily variation?

yeah, everyone's locations are random. i'll most likely do the bug section of the stamp rally for a few days to get multiple butterfly plaques for my botanical/reading room. i think that plaque in particular looks really nice.

They're all different as far as I know! I unluckily had 3 stamps in 1 room in the fish exhibit so that could have been randomized better...

Everyone's location is different, I suppose. Just like someone said here I had 2 stamps in one location, lol.

This thread was made in May 2020, and stamp day was also in May 2020. I'm not understanding how or why you revived an old thread for this.

They're new. It happens all the time. I'm guessing they somehow Google it and come into the thread. Or somehow manage to dig all the way to like page 99.
