Museum way to get info after donation

Hi. In the other games there was a way to get the information about the fish and insects at the exhibit. Is there a way to in ACNH? I skipped the explanation when donating because I had lots to donate.

Talk to Blathers and choose Tell Me About This, I think.

If you catch another one of the creatures or get a duplicate fossil you can ask him about it

Like the others said, if you catch them again pick the tell me more option and show them to him. The info in the exhibits was about the donation date and by whom it was made.
