I think it's better than my first but it could use some work. Any constructive criticism would be great.

Good to see you have used a matching render and background, but you need to use effects on the render and also need to make it blend in with the background. The text is horrible in the right side, I'm sorry.

I played around with it a little in photoshop, not sure if I made it any better, I might have gone overboard on the effects. I also think it may be a bit too transparent.
