It's Captain Vul with a santa's hat! I drew the hat myself and colored the backround. The sprite I got from a Kirby Superstar sprite sheet. So waddaya think? Please be critical because I wanna know what would make it better. I myself think the hat looks kinda funny...

He's from Kirby Superstar. Doesn't look like him though. And the hat doesn't really match him. It matters because it would make it look better if they went well together, but they don't.
