That's pretty good, although i'd advise making her neck shorter, and her head doesn't really seem to be the right shape, otherwise, pretty good!

thanks for the advice and i was going to make the neck shorter but then i would get messed up.Anyways it was good for my second try

It's pretty good. You should work on your proportions though to make it seem more.. well as believable as an anime drawing could be. Her hands are a little small, and neck is a little long, face is a bit big, but it does look good.
