I know it isn't great but if you give me some CnC i could work on improving it next time.

Its Blury and All you did was get 2 pictures together without cuting out the background and write
"The Nintendo League" I wouldnt call it a sig.

What program did you make it on? It looks like you made it on paint or something since you just squished two pictures together and then put text on it. If you want to get better maybe get photoshop or gimp and if you made that sig on one of those programs already then look up some tutorials

No i made a different one. I knew this one was terrible. Im still new to making sigs. I need to get my head round everythings. I dont know how to cut out the background on gimp. I need to find a tutorial. And some renders.

heck of a lot better than my first... It was a wii next to a black background and something else for my old forum. Then I progressed. Don't worry, you'll get better. Just look at other sigs and ask what they used and did to make them.

The thing is i dont know how to make a background. I think you have to find your own dont you? and I dont know how to get layers right either. I will try one of the tutorials.
