I just wanted to make this to tell of my fun history with Animal Crossing! :3
It all started when I was in 5th or 6th grade, back when I had my Gamecube. Every time my parents took me out to get a new game, I always saw Animal Crossing: Population Growing sitting on the shelf, I picked it up a few times, but I never wanted it, until one day, I finally asked my parents to get it for me. When I first started playing it, I had no idea that the game would consume thousands of hours of my time. After I learned how the game worked with it's time system and everything else about it, I fell in love with the game.
Then I got my sister addicted to the game as well, a few thousand of those hours I played the game, was with my sister. We somehow managed to 100% complete the game, we collected every single piece of furniture, caught all the fish and bugs, collected all the fruit from other towns from my classmates at school, and got all the paintings and fossil's. And then eventually, we got the golden and silver statues of our characters. I remember I couldn't come up with a good name for the town, so we just called it the key symbol thing x3
And then I got my DS Lite. One of the first games I got was Animal Crossing Wild World. I had a lot of fun with that game as well, but I had no people to play it with :c. I got very far in the game, but I was not able to 100% the game. I was also able to play Animal crossing City Life, but I was not able to play it for long, as my Wii was broken, and I traded my Wii for an Xbox 360.
And 6-8 years later, I finally got another Nintendo handheld system, my 3DS. And again, I had no one to play with, I have had the game for about a week, and in that week, I was exploring all of the new features, and doing what I knew from experience to do: Grind fishing for money. I got a lot of money on my own, but was quickly growing bored with the game. Already on the 3rd house expansion, the garden shop open, and some town decor built.
And then one day, I decide to look up and Animal Crossing forum, and this website was the first result that popped up. And I am very glad I found it, there are so many friendly and cool people to talk to and play with on here. I hope that I continue to regularly play with and trade with people on here :3
