Hi everyone!
A few days ago I was thinking of what this new shopping area could be like and I thought of this idea.
When you come to your new island you get to explore it more and more but you'll find a different area to your island through a transition either to the North/South/West or East of your island. You'll go through and nothings here it's just greenery trees, weeds, bushes and more but nothings going on so you head back and go on with your life.
Now when you unlock the ability to go on the seaplane back to your old home you'll find this new shopping district now this is similar to the City Folk/Let's go to the city center but Gracie isn't there instead the mable sisters have set up shop with kicks nearby even Redd's little place is where it was. The shop owners might have a bubble above their head with an exclamation mark in it, once you speak to them they'll ask you to do a task, errand, ect.
After a while of buying stuff and doing tasks at these places the next time you visit they might have a little bubble above their head and in it has an island after speaker to him/her they'll ask about coming to your island and give you some instructions.
1. Clear enough space for the new shop to fit in (At the area that had nothing but greenery)
2. Pay a certain amount of bells to them
3. And lastly give them the materials they'll need and your helpful gyroid from new leaf will get to work and each day from then on you'll see more getting built.
Once down it will look smaller than their original shop but after more shopping they'll ask again for more payment and materials to upgrade. As more shop owners get their shops built it will look like a grand shopping district with your islanders roaming through.
That's it! This will most likely not happen but I would love to see it and sorry if I made any mistakes since I don't check my work that thoroughly.
